Bay House

Bay House flats are situated at Bonchurch Beach, overlooking the sea, within easy reach of Ventnor and Shanklin.

Each of the flats has Gas Central Heating and everything is provided, except bed linen and towels. The kitchen in each flat is fully equipped with a Gas Cooker, Microwave, Washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer and all necessary crockery and utensils. A private car parking space is provided for each flat.

We regret we cannot accept children under the age of 5 for Flat 1 and Flat 2 is for Adults only. Also, we can only accept dogs by special arrangement. Bed linen and towels can be provided if requested at a small extra charge.

Occupation is from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure.Friday to Friday for Flat 1 and Saturday to Saturday for Flat 2.
