The Availability Calendar can be used for any type of availability such as Hotel, B&B, training course places or marina berths.
The Availability Calendar service provides you with a 'month by month' calendar view that can show availability, price and other information. Availability has 3 configurable states (e.g. available, limited availability and fully booked), which are colour coded for reference.
The calendar information can be updated immediately at anytime over the Internet. You simply log in to a Services Portal and are then presented with your list of calendars to edit. Prices and text information can be added to each week through simple text fields. Availability information is changed by day or week by selecting the time period and toggling through the availability states.
If you have multiple calendars, e.g. one for each self-catering unit or room type, they can be grouped to provide group views of availability information and availability searches. Calendars can also be grouped across users. For example, an accommodation group website could provide an availability search across the accommodation of its members, while still allowing each individual member to maintain their own availability via the Internet.
The availability calendar is hosted on Netguides server allowing this functionality to be available to web sites hosted on any type of hosting package on any server.
