Roger Bee Roger formed Netguides with his wife Dawn in 1996. He has worked in the computer industry for many years and provides management skills to Netguides. |

Dawn Bee Co-founder of Netguides, Dawn is a maths and computer science graduate. She guides the direction of the company and is the systems architect and business analyst at Netguides. |

Chris Cook Chris joined Netguides in 2005 with an honours degree in computing. Chris develops and maintains the architecture of our business solutions. |

Mat Taylor Mat has a computer science degree and joined Netguides in 2009 to strengthen the software development team which he now leads. |

Martin Cook Martin joined Netguides in 2001. He manages our graphic design for web and print and builds websites. |

Sean Williams Sean joined Netguides in 2005 and manages our web development team and our WightStay holiday guide. He also has responsibility for new website builds and updates. |

Joe Burgess Joe started Netguides in January 2011. He is an experienced software engineer, with over 7 years commercial experience. |

Kiran Sesetti Kiran joined Netguides in 2001 with a degree from Moscow, Kiran worked as a software developer in India before becoming part of our development team. |

Kirstie Winfield Kirstie joined Netguides in 2010 with an Honours degree in Business Studies with Law. She organises and monitors our business processes and client project schedules.
